# 1 -  IT IS THE CAPT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE ON FILE AN UPDATE EMAIL (THAT IS HOW YOU WILL BE NOTIFED)
# 2 -  THE ONLY REGISTRATION DAY IS USUALLY THE 2ND WEEK IN MARCH PROBABLY WED
# 3 -  THE INFORMATION FOR THE ONLY  DAY FOR REGISTRATION WILL BE PUT ON THE WEB SITE  FEB 14TH EVERY YEAR
# 4 -  IF YOU DO NOT GET AN EMAIL NOTIFING YOU OF THE REGISTRATION* DAY  YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT EMAIL WITH US !      WHICH HAPPENS .   BUT IT IS STILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITY  TO CHECK THE WEB SITE AND GET TO THE ONLY SIGN UP MEETING.
# 5 -  AT SIGN-UPS  THE CAPT OR ANOTHER RESPONSIBLE ADULT IN HIS PLACE MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING FILLED OUT 
             A) CHECK FOR ROSTER FEE  WITH A FILLED OUT ROSTER  ( WE WILL NOT TAKE ONE WITH OUT THE OTHER) YOU HAVE UNTIL 9PM TO DO SO 
WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY BLANK ROSTER FORMS OR SHIRT ORDER FORMS ! 
 
BE RESPONSIBLE ADULTS AND DOWN LOAD ALL THE FORMS YOU NEED FOR REGISTRATION. 
             B} A BLANK CHECK FOR YOUR SHIRT ORDER.  YOU WILL DIRECTLY PAY THE VENDOR AT THE ONE AND ONLY  MEETING.

PLEASE MAKE A COPY OF THIS ROSTER SO YOU CAN HAVE IT SIGNED FOR THE MANDATORY CAPTAINS MEETING @ 6PM PRIOR TO THE START OF THE 2nd WEEK OF REGULATION PLAY.     IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS YOUR TEAM WILL FORFIT UNTIL ROSTER IS SIGNED AND RETURNED . SEE RULES FOR FORFITS.

# 6 -  YOU CAN NOT DROP THE ROSTER OFF AT ANYONES HOUSE MAILBOX BEFORE THE ONLY SIGN UP MEETING. IT WILL BE THROWN OUT WITH THE JUNK MAIL.
# 7 REGISTRATION  FOR ALL RETURNING TEAMS  BEGINS AT 7PM AND ENDS AT  9PM  THAT'S IT NO LATE REGISTRATION  ANYMORE

# 8 WAIT LIST TEAMS  IF NEEDED BY LEAGUE TO FILL A SPOT FROM A NON RETURNING TEAM  WILL START AT 9PM 
WE WILL CALL LIST NUMBERS  STARTING AT # 1   AT 9PM 
 IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT WE WILL GO TO NEXT NUMBER ON THE LIST



IT IS NOT EASY KEEPING TRACK OF 78 TEAMS, COMMITTEE MEMBERS HAVE FAMILIES AND JOBS AND VOLUNTEER HUNDREDS OF HOURS TO MAKING SURE THE LEAGUE RUNS AS SMOOTH AS IT DOES,.  TEAM CAPTAINS MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR TEAMS.  THANK YOU FOR ASSISTANCE.
